Meet Luke

Luke Dorner

Founded by Luke Dorner, BLNCE is built on years of hands-on experience in both small group and one-on-one coaching. Luke's journey through a wide range of sports and training styles has shaped a dynamic, adaptable coaching philosophy — one that meets each individual where they are while helping them move confidently toward their goals.

Luke doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all programs or the idea that fitness should feel like punishment. His approach is rooted in education: he wants every client to leave with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to maintain their results independently — long after the sessions end.

With experience across strength training, conditioning, mobility, and lifestyle coaching, Luke brings both the technical knowledge and the human understanding that real transformation requires.
